Terms & Conditions

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Onboarding Process:

  • Documents as per checklist: Our on-boarding process will start after all the requisite documents as per checklist shared by the BD team are received.
  • Pictures & Content: The Hotel needs to provide content for social media posts. MarketMyHotel.in will curate destination specific content and will create posts for Hotels subscribing to socialPAGE.
  • Smart phone & SIM: The Hotel needs to provide a smartphone and a SIM as the same number will be displayed across all online platforms. In case of discontinuation of agreement, the phone and sim will be handed back. The monthly bills need to be paid by Hoteliers only and for ease you can recharge it for a year. This is applicable only if you are subscribing to virtualFRONTOFFICE services.
  • Contact Details: Hotel specific unique contact number and email id handled by MarketMyHotel.in will be displayed on the hotel website, google business page, social media handles, emailers and any other online marketing activities done by MarketMyHotel.in for the concerned Hotel. This will be done for Hotels subscribing to virtualFRONTOFFICE services.
  • Commencement email: Hotel Partner will receive a formal email from BD team, stating that we have received all necessary documents and intimate respective managers of revenueBOOST, virtualFRONTOFFICE, socialPAGE, reviewPLUS team.

Payments & Billing Cycle:

  • Retainership fee: MarketMyHotel.in monthly subscription fees to be paid in advance on Quarterly basis.
  • Annual Increment: There will be a 10% annual increment in the retainership every year.
  • Sales Commission: The commission amount needs to be paid by Hotelier monthly through bank transfer within 7 days of invoice generation.
  • Billing Start: MarketMyHotel.in billing will start the day the 1st booking is generated through MarketMyHotel.in via online or offline channel or from the date property will be live on GoMMT, Agoda & Booking.com & channel manager is configured.

Payment Collected by MarketMyHotel.in:

Following payments come to MarketMyHotel.in directly and are settled with the hotel after customer check out:

Bank Details

Hotel’s Bank details will be updated at all the places, except booking.com wherein the prepaid bookings payments are collected through payment gateway.

Payment Reconciliation

MarketMyHotel.in makes the payment to the Hotel of the amount collected of all the customers who have checked out after reconciliation of dues to marketmyhotel.in (if any). Any cancellation and refund of such bookings will be handled by MarketMyHotel.in. In case we have made the payment to the hotel or settled against due from the Hotel, under such circumstances such payments of refund will be made by the hotel.

Online Transaction Charges

Transaction charge applies on all payments collected through payment gateway based on actuals.

Payment Guarantee

MarketMyHotel takes complete guarantee of pre-paid bookings. Any pay-at-hotel bookings or part payment to be collected from agents or customers at the Hotel will be pre-informed so that the Hotel can collect it timely.

Monthly Performance Reports

MarketMyHotel will provide a detailed revenue sheet on or before 7th of every month which needs to be confirmed by the Hotelier within 7 days of receipt of the revenue sheet.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We have a 90 day notice period policy for a smooth transfer.
  • To initiate cancellation, a written communication from official email id to mmh.finance@marketmyhotel.in is required to terminate the agreement.
  • To avoid fixed retainership fee during Notice period, please intimate termination by 25th date of the month otherwise fixed for the notice period will be applicable.
  • Fixed Fee will not be applicable during the notice period, however 10% variable fees will be applicable on all bookings generated (present & future dates) during the period.
  • Any payment collected by MarketMyHotel.in for future dates will be transferred after customer check out. This is done to cover guest’s cancellation or refund requests where MMH is liable to pay.
  • The finance team will share the ledger and amount outstanding (if any) with the hotel on email.
  • The Hotel can check the ledger and raise concern if any and clear the dues within 3 days.
  • Once the dues are cleared, the Account Dept will give an NOC to the revenue team and they will share all the login id and password in an email.
  • Post cancellation of MMH agreement, we will provide 30 day’s support to the hotel without any charges.
